Overture is a heavy 4-ply loosely twisted over-dyed cotton. One-ply is equivalent to #5 DMC Perle. The colours match those in Encore and Bravo. Colour variations are spread apart in large areas which makes this great for large 4-way designs. Can be used for all sizes of needlepoint canvas, cross stitch and Hardanger fabrics, including 28-count linen.
